The master craftsman introduced:
Luang Pu Im was born in 2459 BE. At the age of 17, he became a novice monk at Wat Yang Kho, staying by Phor Than Khai's side to take care of him and learn Dharma from him. At the age of 20, due to his family's circumstances, he disrobed to help his family with farming. During his disrobing period, he continued to study Buddhism and magic mantras with Phor Than Khai and asked him to help build Wat Thong Na My. In 2527 BE, he re-entered the Buddhist order and became the deputy abbot of Wat Yang Kho. In 2536 BE, he became the abbot of Wat Thong Na My. Luang Pu Im donated all the land left by his parents to the Thong Na My area to build a hospital and established a scholarship for the medical school.
Luang Pu Im is nearly 105 years old this year, but he is still in good health. He is also very compassionate, skilled in interpersonal relationships and protection magic, and has profound meditation skills. He does not bless many sacred objects. He only released his first batch of self-portrait amulets when he was 100 years old. Luang Pu Im prefers to bless his sacred objects alone, and only opens them to believers when he feels that the power is sufficient.
Collectors in southern Thailand are collecting the master's sacred objects, and he is also known by devotees in southern Thailand as the centenarian holy monk of Nakhon Si Thammarat province in recent years.
