The temple of Guba Weng is about 30 kilometers away from the temple of Xiweichai in Guba. The copper belongs to Li County, and the temple name is Wat Phraphu Tatbath Huay Tom. This temple is built in a rural area with beautiful mountains and rivers. The construction of the temple adopts the architectural style of the Lanna Dynasty, which is very spectacular. On the stone pillar at the entrance of the temple, a holy beast is enshrined. He is "Pha Li". The Thais call him "Si Hu Ha Da" (Si Hu Ha Da), which means four ears and "Ha Da" means five eyes. It turns out that Kruba Wong had a relationship with this strange beast.
The Legend of Five Eyes and Four Ears
One night, Gubaong dreamed that there was a light circle about one kilometer in front of the temple, so Gubaong looked at the lighted place and found that a monster was pooping, and his excrement was glowing with golden light. When Cubaon woke up, he felt that the dream was real, and he thought it would be an omen. So he asked the elders in the village to ask. An elder told Cubaon that he had heard stories similar to this monster told by former elders.

He is the son of Phra In and Anasuya. His name is Palee. He looks like a monkey, but he has five eyes and four ears, and he also has supernatural powers. It is said that there used to be a kingdom called Panthumathi. King Panthugan was a very kind emperor and loved the people like a son, so the people lived and worked in peace and contentment, the country was prosperous and the people were safe. At that time, there was a kind-hearted and poor peasant family in the city. The husband's name was Nebasai and his wife's name was Baa Nong, and they had a son named Wen Baa. When Nebasek went to the farmland, he had to go through a forest path to reach the farmland he cultivated.
One evening five years ago, when Nebasse came home from ploughing the fields and was walking down a path in the woods, he suddenly heard the sound of the branches shaking violently. So I quickly looked around and saw several small trees shaking violently, and I didn't know what was moving inside.
He was wondering if someone was injured and fell in the woods. He was kind and hurried over to open the bushes to look for it. At a glance, it turned out that a big monkey was caught in the trap set by the hunter. , the whole body was unable to move, and could only kick and struggle with his feet. The monkey's eyes seemed to have tears in his eyes. Seeing Yu Xin couldn't bear it, he stepped forward to untie the trap. When the big monkey was freed,
Before leaving, he turned his head to look at Nebasse, with gratitude in his eyes. Nebaser also went home in peace.
A few years later, Nebasek passed away, and his son Wenmi was eighteen years old and was able to take care of his mother. There was a meeting of the immortals in the heavenly court to discuss that something important would happen soon in the Bantouma Kingdom. Paine felt that Nebasai had once had a big monkey, and the big monkey was the predecessor of Xihu Hada. So he decided to send Zehuha down to help Naiwenmi, the son of Nebasa. When Xihu Hada came to the mortal world, he even smashed Naiwenmi's rice field into a mess, and then sat aside and waited.
The next morning, Naiwenmi went to cultivate the fields as usual, and was very angry when she saw that the rice fields were destroyed. Suddenly, he saw a monster that did not look like a monkey sitting on the edge of the field. He thought that it must be this monster who destroyed the rice field, so he did not hesitate to grab it and beat it up. Unfortunately, I couldn't bear it in the end, so I had to take it home and put it in a wooden cage. The kind-hearted Naiwenmi also fed him some fruits and vegetables, but he would not eat it.
In the middle of the night, the weather was very cold, and Naiwenmi thought that she felt cold even with two quilts on herself, presumably that monster might freeze to death. So he hurriedly walked to the wooden cage to visit, and as expected, the monster was shaking coldly. He felt pity in his heart, thinking about how to keep the monster warm, and suddenly thought that there was a charcoal fire in the kitchen, so he lit a charcoal fire and put it into the wooden cage to keep the monster warm. At that time, he didn't have any sense of danger, and he never thought that if the monster knocked over the brazier, it might cause a fire.
Early the next morning, after he got up, he immediately went to the wooden cage to check on the monsters. When he opened the door of the wooden cage, he was shocked, there was a lot of feces inside! But the charcoal was gone. Naiwenmi had no choice but to pick up the broom to clean up so much excrement. But it couldn't be swept, so Naiwenmi tried to kick it with her foot, the feces was very hard. Naiwenmi was very curious, so she touched it with her hand to find out. After touching it, he found that the hard feces were covered with a sticky liquid, so he called a bucket of water and rinsed it. After finishing it, it was discovered that the so-called feces actually emitted a dazzling light like gold. He felt a sudden shock in his heart, it shouldn't be gold. Subconsciously, Nai Wenmi bit it with her teeth, it might really be gold!
He was still not sure whether the so-called gold was real or not. So I cut a little and took the gold shop for the boss to check. After the boss's verification, it was confirmed that it was really gold. Nai Wenmi went back quietly, washed all the feces, and collected all the glittering gold. After this, he knew that the monster might have eaten the charcoal, and the excrement was gold. So he fed the monsters to eat charcoal every day, and collected a lot of gold feces.
Soon after, King Bantugan announced that if anyone could build a golden bridge in front of the palace to go straight to the city gate, the king would marry the princess to him. As soon as the news was announced, many kings of neighboring countries brought their princes on a blind date, but after listening to the conditions offered by King Ban Tugan, all of them retreated, because everyone did not have so much gold. Finally, the news reached Naiwenmi's ears, and he began to secretly prepare at home, preparing to marry the princess home.
He invited a lot of craftsmen and hid in the forest to cast the golden bridge. The bridge was built between the city gate and the palace overnight. After the king knew about it, he summoned Naiwen Mi and asked him how he got the gold. The honest Naiwenmi told all the stories. The king felt that this person was a man of great blessings, and he could succeed the throne in the future to benefit the people. So he decided to betroth the princess to him. When the king followed Naiwen Mi to check on the monster, the monster beast had long since disappeared.
Afterwards, Guba Weng also pursued the historical records of this spirit beast. As a result, in an ancient temple called Wa Jing Cang in Chiang Mai, he found a volume of lanna language documents carved with Bailan leaves. The story of the beast. Guba Weng felt that the magical power of this spirit beast was boundless, so he decided to cast an icon of the spirit beast and enshrined it in the temple. Sure enough, it soon succeeded in attracting good believers from all over the world to worship and pray for blessings. Good believers all hope to be sheltered by spirit beasts and bestowed with windfalls. Sure enough, many people received the blessings and efficacious induction of the spirit beasts, and they got a lot of windfall and good fortune, and the temple also prospered.
As Cuban had the same dream countless times, it was the place where the spirit beast first appeared and touched the stool. A circle of light appeared, illuminating the whole earth. Guba Weng felt that this was an auspicious omen from the spirit beasts, so he began to build the golden stupa in 2538 B.E. The spire is cast with a full 30 kilograms of gold, and this relic is named PhraTat Si ViangChai (PhraTat Si ViangChai). After seven years of construction, Gua Weng completed the golden pagoda. Soon after, Gua Weng passed away on May 17, 2543, leaving behind a spirit beast and a relic shrine for later generations to worship.
