Hanuman, son of the wind god, was born with extraordinary experiences. He received the true teachings of Brahma, the progenitor of all beings, and was dedicated to eliminating evil and bringing victory to the three realms of heaven, earth, and the underworld. His weapon, the tiger-headed Ruyi Jingu Bang (a magical staff), is used to vanquish demons and monsters, achieving great feats in upholding justice and eliminating evil. His origins and whereabouts are astonishing and perplexing. From a young age, Hanuman diligently practiced his skills, his spirit moving the gods. Under their guidance and assistance, his martial arts and magical powers became unparalleled. No demon or monster in the three realms could stop him. Hanuman was ordered to lead his monkey army to the island of Laksa, where he slew the ten-headed demon king Ravana and rescued Rama's beloved wife, Sita. All these achievements were accomplished through his wisdom, courage, and righteousness. Hanuman possesses boundless magical power and unpredictable abilities. He can destroy mountains and forests with a single punch and cross seas in a single step; he is truly a being of immense supernatural power! He also learned magic that made him invulnerable to swords and spears and granted him immortality from the gods in heaven. Hanuman had a total of six wives and concubines, one of whom was a mermaid!

Offering to Hanuman
There are three things to note about statues of deities intended for worship.
1. You must not place a deity statue in or near the toilet.
2. Try to place the statue above waist level.
3. The place where the deity is enshrined must be stable ( if it is shaken frequently, the deity will become unstable ).

Qujiao Temple has a history of 104 years, and the temple buildings look old due to their age.
Therefore, Abbot Phakushila Yumeng resolved to rebuild the temple. 🫶
In addition, the current abbot of the temple is Phra Kru Siriratwimon.
Every year, educational scholarships are distributed in the name of the temple to monks, novices, primary school students, and university students. 🙏🏻❣️ Offering sacred objects from this temple is also a form of merit❣️
