We regularly arrange for coffin donations to be made every two weeks. 🌹
Coffins are donated on the 15th and 30th of each month.
In Thailand, donating a coffin is considered a great act of kindness and a highly meritorious act of charity. Besides helping the deceased, it also helps families in need, ensuring the deceased are not left without proper burial due to lack of funds to purchase a coffin.
Giving alms is considered one of the ten pillars of merit; therefore, giving alms to the deceased poor or the corpse of a loved one who has no one to rely on is a meritorious act.
Its purpose is to help people in their final moments, which is the true intention behind donating coffins and the reason why so many good deeds are performed.
🪷Introduction to Coffin Donation🪷
Donating a coffin is believed to bring good fortune. By donating a coffin to someone in need and then cremating the paper offerings bearing the donor's name, one can "absorb good luck and change their destiny." Donating a coffin is thought to improve the donor's wealth and luck, while also allowing them to accumulate merit.
Donating coffins is a virtuous act that helps the destitute and orphaned to pass away peacefully, allowing them to enter the next world in peace. This is a great act of merit . 🙏🏻 Accumulate merit and blessings, and dedicate them to you and your karmic creditors from past lives 🙏🏻 Every act of giving is a merit that accumulates blessings and increases good fortune 💮 and will also silently bless you so that your wishes come true ✨
Accumulating merit is very important. The blessings in this life are accumulated from the previous life. If we do not cherish them, they will eventually run out. Therefore, we should accumulate merit so that our blessings will continue to grow.
In Theravada Buddhism, donating to those who cannot afford funeral services brings great blessings and is considered a virtuous act that improves one's luck, makes everything go more smoothly, and accumulates good karma.❣️
✡️ Donating a coffin resolves the karmic debts of three lifetimes, allowing the deceased to rest in peace and avoid lingering in the mortal realm to create negative karma. This act of helping both the living and the deceased is of immeasurable merit and represents the highest level of spiritual attainment. It is also one of the fastest ways to accumulate good fortune. 🪷❣️✡️

The following is a brief introduction to Yide Shantang:

"Yi De Shan Tang" is a charitable organization responsible for "saving the living and caring for the dead." Its founder was a Teochew Chinese, but he has since passed away. However, everything he did made a significant contribution to Thailand. In fact, in the event of an accident in Thailand, the first to arrive at the scene are not medical personnel, but rather staff from "Yi De Shan Tang." They handle the disposal of the deceased's bodies, and for those without relatives or connections, they bury them in coffins donated by devotees, ensuring the deceased rest in peace.
It is said that when the South Asian tsunami struck, causing significant damage to Phuket, the members of the Yi De Church not only assisted with disaster relief but also handled the funeral arrangements for all those who perished. The funds for these services came entirely from donations of coffins from believers. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
